payment
Payment is expected upon receipt unless prior arrangements have been made. Accounts over 30 days past due will be charged 2% per month interest. Accounts over 60 days past due will be placed on a C.O.D. basis.
limit of liability
Our liability for any monetary damages arising out of or in connection with our services to you is hereby limited to the cost of the film, which we will either replace or pay for its replacement. In no event shall we be liable for any other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of our performance or our failure to perform. We make no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, with respect to our services.
